  • Real Estate Investment

Purchase of property of property for a minimum of US $300,000 can be made by the applicant in a pre-approved real estate development area. However, the purchase property must be owned and maintained by the owner for five years. The incurred cost like registration, processing fees and taxes must be paid in advance before the purchase.

Process:

  • The documentation along with the application would take around 4 months eventually depending on the responsiveness of the client
  • The government of St. Lucia takes around 3 months to come to a conclusion or as for further information, after the application has been submitted
  • After the applicant has made a donation or has invested in any of the given levels, he/she would receive a Naturalization Certificate
  • A passport application is submitted then and the passport is received within 10 days
